Hi, we had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted last year - the kind that is fed from a cold water tank in the attic, and that feeds into a hot water cylinder. Our shower (on the same floor as the HW cylinder) is powered by a Salamander pump. Recently, the pump has started pulsing when the shower is on, causing the water flow to lessen and pulse.

Any ideas what might be causing this? could the HW input to the pump be involved?

Thanks in advance,

C

What model of pump is it? It might just need a reset, which involves a bit of arsing around with the power supply to it
