Salamander twin pump leaking

Hello. So I fitted a twin Salamander shower pump and the pressure is great but it's leaking from the black plastic hose on both the outlet pipes (hot and cold) where the arrow is. Inlets are fine.

Ive handtightened them as much as ai can and for now, I've isolated it and bought new hoses. But has anyone had this problem and can advise how to fix?

Try nipping them up with a pair of grips. Hand tight is probably ok on the low pressure inlets but not enough on the high pressure outlet side
Maybe a silly question but did you put the rubber sealing washers in?
