Salus heating control box won't go to on

Hi,

I am looking for some assistance, I used to have my heating set to on mode to just turn it on using the dial in my hall.

I don't know how or why it changed but the heating will now only work on the 'once' function not on, auto or adv.

When I press the mode button to turn it to on, there's a little circle that goes around and around at the top left of the display.

Can anyone help with this please?

Looks similar if not the same as the EP210. Maybe perform a factory reset in this guide - page 21. Failing this it may have just failed and may be just need to be replaced.

it's a Salus EP110 single channel programmer. Pressing the 'Mode' button should step it through the selection of ON / ONCE / AUTO / OFF

Keeping the 'Mode' button pressed for a few seconds advances it [ADV] to the next setting or takes it back out if ADV has been selected.

The rotating circle indicates that the programmer has put the heating 'on' assuming that it, and the heating system its connected to are functioning correctly.
