My daughter has this pc and a Mac.
Mac is the workhorse and Samsung no access as she has lost the password to get into it
Is there any way to get into the pc?

I have never heard of a Samsung Air PC.

If she doesn't have the password (or recovery key if the drive is encrypted) then you may need to a factory reinstall, you will lose any data on it.

If the drive is not encrypted, you can use something like Ubuntu Live (via USB) to access any files she wants to keep. It runs from a USB stick and doesn't install anything on the drive.
