SKY MAIL PROBLEM

Just noticed I cannot access Sky mail from my laptop, works fine from desktop PC and Mac but laptop reports time out problem, see lots of people report having this problem but not seen solution so far. [Running same XP pro with Firefox brower on both working and none working pc's]

I had issues myself with sky email an when i phoned they could not understand what the problem was they tried allsorts eventually i upgraded or changed my browser it did fix the issue !

I still have problem regardless of browser.
