Well, without knowing the exact details, that's probably good news. It should be a relatively cheap and simple repair, with the main cost being labour/time.
Samwise thank you for the kind offer but it was rather long journey for my lcd.the fact is though that the total cost summed to the amount of 210 euro, rather high in my opinion.then I had a nice chat with 5 employees and 1 technical supervisor arguing that during waranty I called them to report the issue, they told me to upgrade the firmware alone and one month after the termination of the waranty I lost the video as I reported before.after threatening to file a lawsuite for irresponsible technical advice they agreed to cover the damage.A very optimistic outcome as it turned out

I can empathise with your situation. The B750 was a good TV in its day, and at 46" it's still a decent size for a lounge TV. Aside from labour costs, I think your two biggest challenges will be in sourcing spare parts and finding someone who can troubleshoot their way through a repair without allowing new parts to be killed if some other bit is still faulty. Apparently this was a bit of a risk with replacing invertors in TVs with the small fluorescent tubes that yours uses for backlighting. The bottom line here is I don't think this is going to be an easy or cheap repair.
A quick search online brought up just one hit in the UK for a replacement power board. The price is £120 + postage, but that's not a brand new part. It's used. There's no guarantee that you're not going to have the same issue in a few months time. As for the invertor board, I drew a blank on that. The B750 model was released in 2009, and my guess is that the official spares stash is already exhausted. Third party manufacturers probably aren't seeing enough demand to continue making replacement boards now the set is 12 years old and 4K UHD along with smart features means that many of the owners will have updated to a new set rather than opting for a repair.
Looking through Facebook market place and searching based on "Samsung 46 inch" shows used TVs priced from £250 right down to £50. It gives you some low cost options if repairing looks to be uneconomical. .
