    Well, without knowing the exact details, that's probably good news. It should be a relatively cheap and simple repair, with the main cost being labour/time.

    Samwise thank you for the kind offer but it was rather long journey for my lcd.the fact is though that the total cost summed to the amount of 210 euro, rather high in my opinion.then I had a nice chat with 5 employees and 1 technical supervisor arguing that during waranty I called them to report the issue, they told me to upgrade the firmware alone and one month after the termination of the waranty I lost the video as I reported before.after threatening to file a lawsuite for irresponsible technical advice they agreed to cover the damage.A very optimistic outcome as it turned out :mrgreen:
