Sandtex high cover vs high build

Hi. Ive just had part of my house rendered and have been recommended to use sandtex high build as it last alot longer than normal masonry paint. Looking on google they do a high cover aswell. Does anyone know is thia the same but just a smooth finish or is it just a more expensive masonry paint?
