I need to put a toilet in a summerhouse at the top of a garden and would like to use a macerator/saniflo, the nearest drain for connection is approx 50m away, the waste run would be suface and could be any size and on a gradual downwards slope with may be 2 or 3 bends, the garden has to many trees and obsticles for a conventional drainage run, so i would like to know of a macerator that could do the job, can any one tell me if its even possible

It is possible. You will need a good drop to allow the waste to get completely away especially during the winter. Use curves rather than bends.
However, I would recommend using a caravan toilet. Because if you don't do solids then a maceration is not needed.
My sophisticated DIY method would be bucket, small pump, connectors, hose pipe and a notice saying "No paper or solids".
Other than that chuck it on the garden because it contains plant food.
