Is it ok to run the pipe out of a saniflo maserator outside for a small run, taking into account freezing. I have seen them outside before, and I guess as they are not full of water all the time it will be ok, any tips??

It depends on which bit of the pipe. All the pipework from the pump to the highest point is full of water all the time. After the highest point, it should be free draining if it was installed correctly.
