Saniflo

Hi Yes the good old Saniflo, I installed a saniflo a couple of years ago in my mother house ( who lives a couple hundred miles away) It has recently started to turn it self on 2 or 3 times aday. It is cleaned with the saniflo cleaner quite often, but it works perfectly? any suggestions?

Is it pumping upwards and the flap valve is leaking and causing the pump to start up for a few seconds?

Mate just bought a house and i nipped in to quote for rads.
Can you look at this she says.
Saniflo ,toilet and shower , shower tray . We flushed it and that came up. Shower tray is full of sh#te
