hi all,
i'm considering this set-up:
dallmer wet room drain running into a 43mm solvent weld pipe that runs to a 50mm 't' (the 43mm pipe is then sat in a 50mm reducer inside the 't') the other side of the curved 't' is a 32mm sink pipe (again in another 50mm reducer) then both run into 50mm pipework and off to the soil stack.
i'm sure i'm going to get grey water feeding back through from the sink to the dallmer drain, has anyone got any good ideas as to how to overcome the sink water problem, bar installing a separate 32mm run to the stack (it's an old stack with a shortage of space to add a further boss strap or mechanical boss) - i was thinking some sort of breather pipe to enable the water to run off quicker, but i have no idea really what i'm talking about tbh.
any ideas are welcomed.
regards iob.

If it's correctly designed with sufficient fall (ideally 44mm per metre run on all pipes) then you shouldn't get any backflow, but if you're nervous about it you could put a HepVO trap in-line on the Dallmer to prevent it completely
