I have a SANITOP in my en-suite which operates occasionally for no apperent reason. It only opertaes for a few seconds but can be intrusive. The waste is routed up imto the loft space. Any suggestions as to why this is and what can be done to solve the problem

Do you have a dripping tap or internal overflow from cistern to wc pan, if not then get into the habit of turning it off when not in use
