sanivite discharge pipe

I am about to install a sanivite for someone. the installation instructions tell me to use 32mm copper or cpvc pipe. This is confusing me a bit because i thought copper pipe came in 28mm or 35mm diameters. Also the man in the plumbers shop has never heard of cpvc pipe. He only knows pvc pipe. Is cpvc pipe the same plastic white pipe that is normally used for wc, sink and basin drainage?

Thanks for that Keego. The weird thing is i can't find any internet websites in the Uk that sell cpvc pipes. Anyone installed a sanivite?

oh it's ok, another part of the sanivite installation bumpf says that pvc or abs pipe can be used. cheers
