Santon shower problems

Hi

Ive been living in my house for 5 years and never had any problems
with my Santon shower.

I noticed it was dripping slightly during use so I removed the cover and
tightened everything I could see ...

... since then the flow has been the same (maybe slightly slower
starting up but i might be imagining that), but the temperature has
gone funny ... it is warm to begin with but then goes cool very quickly

can anyone make any suggestions how I might correct this?

when i said it was dripping i meant it was dripping from the inside not the head ...
