Sash window renovation

How can i replace a rotten sash window cill? it is the external part of the cill that needs repair due to lack of maintenance and where can i source draughtproofing strips for the same windows, either self adhesive brushes or push fit strips that fit into a routed groove?

The sill question I'm also waiting an answer on as I have the same issue.

May I also suggest you search for draughtproofing or alternative words on this forum, as there are quite a few threads already on this subject.
