Hia,

I'm looking for a cost effective way to draught seal the 4 sash windows in my flat as they are currently very draughty and I'm sure they are the main reason it's soo cold!

Getting proper brush strips installed looks complicated (appears to need grooves cut into the frames?) and possibly expensive?

I'm not sure if adhesive vinyl or foam strips will be effective or work at all on sash windows, am I correct?

Any help from anyone who's managed to draught proof their wooden sash windows without spending £100s would be really appreciated.

Cheers,
Chris.
