Sash Window Draught

Hi,

I've moved into a rented property. I'd like to stop a draught coming in from a sash window in the bedroom. the draught is coming in at the sides of the lower window and also up the frame where the rope becomes visible. Is it possible to buy a brush draught excluder or something similar for this and where can i buy strips for the sides?
