Sawtooth hangers

We were given a large plastic picture frame. On the reverse are plastic sawtooth hangers.

What do I use on the wall to hang the photo on? Is there a special fixing?

I normally drill a hole, insert a wall plug and screw. Seems overkill for such a light frame.

Suggestions?

Just tap a round nail into the plaster or plasterboard if it is a light frame.
