Try getting on a site with that outlook.

I haven't got that out look. I spend a lot of time on scaffolding (on sites) and some of it i'd be better of putting a step ladder on top of the van. I was just wondering what scaffolders needed, to show they were competent?

Ive worked on a fair few sites. One of the biggest problems I find is tradesmen alter the scaffold for access and don’t rebuild it afterwards. Worst is removing guard rails.

I have also seen bad practices by scaffolders, but most take pride in their work
