Hi, can anyone help please? My Scantronic 9651 alarm was going off randomly during the night. I changed the battery and it seems to have calmed it down but now the panel doesn't read anything and all 3 lights are lit up. I tried to do the engineer reset but I only get the message "r99 EHue", can anyone help please?

Completely down power the system mains and battery …. Then re power mains first ….if it’s still showing the same thing , then it looks like it’s faulty as that isn’t a normal display setting
Thanks I think I've got to the bottom of it, system seems to have reset completely and is showing 01/01/2005 and isn't getting any mains power so the fuse in the box could be away. Waiting on a multimeter to check, otherwise the whole thing is getting ripped out!

They aren’t normally an issue , check the small fuse on the mains input block inside the main panel as I’ve known this blow after a faulty battery , post picture of main pcb as the later ones don’t have fuses on the main pcb
