Can someone help me with my alarm panel please. 1 added a CQR panic button to my Scantronic alarm panel. It was working fine until there was a power cut and since then the button won't reset.
I have done first stage reset i.e. pulled the plug but it still doesn't reset.
Even if i disconnect the panic button, the alarm doesn't set and display says zone 8 open.
If i Programm zone 8 to NU, then the alarm sets ok and shows there is no fault.
