Schematic for Press Brake needed

Hi, does anyone have a wiring diagram of a 2 axis Press Brake please ?
I have googled it but no luck.

I think that it's Bronx

The control circuitry must be 40 years old and is constantly malfunctioning, my plan is to write a program in Visual Basic and interface it with a USB to relay board.


I want any old schematic of a Press Brake, so that I can plan it it my head, to see if I can do it, before I tell my customer.

That would be an interesting tie-up. Have you considered PLC control to leave things a bit easier?

Upstroke, downstroke, flywheel?

It's a bit like asking for a wiring diagram of a house. They're all totally different.

A 40 year old press brake will be worth peanuts unless there is something very special about it and it's unlikely that there is if it's only 2 axis.

Well, a 2 axis press brake is going for £80,000 on eBay...

OK then £11,000, it doesn't matter how much it' s worth, it still needs to be fixed !!!

You'd be better off retrofitting something like a cybelec control.
