Didn't see the game, was sort of watching England beat Japan, it seems they conceded an unfortunate late penalty. commiserations to the Scottish ladies.

This VAR retaking penalties thing is gonna cause all manner of farce, unless they apply it absolutely equally from now on.

Or, just do like rugby, where they award a penalty try.......
