Screed floor

Hi guys

I've got to chase out part of the floor to lay a gas pipe.

I've never used screed before and at this moment can't find where to buy it
Tyres build base, selco ect

Only thing selco sold was screed fibers is this what I need to mix?

Could someone give me a some sort of idea how to mix it?

(Ie) do I need cement? Sand ect

Presume that if you mean a S&C filler for the chase - no screed, or fibres, is required.

Mix 3 sand and 1 cement in a semi dry mix, tamp down, fill proud and after an hour or so rub up to compress and level off.
