My mate has screeded his new conservatery floor, cocked it up by using quick set, not watered down enought.
Anyway, it's now bubbled up after only two weeks, he said he applied the screed whilst the pva was still wet, because of the dust on the concrete, is that the correct procedure?
I have to do mine shortly.

firstly if your applying anything it should be dust free, it just adds to future problems!

if you are using pva wait untill its dry.
