Screeding above DPC

Hope someone can help me. Am worried sick.
Having ground floor extension built in cavity wall block. Dpc is in & sealed (according to builder, whatever that means). Builder still has to screen 75mm.

Is it ok to screed over dpc please?? Solid wall old house. Thanks

If you mean can the screed finish above the dpc, the answer is yes.
