screeding mix ratio and materials

Hi,
I need to lay a 65mm screed over insulation in two rooms. What sort of ratio should I be using? Is sharp sand or regular soft sand needed? Do I need to use any coarse aggregate like 10mm gravel in this?

Sharp sand will be okay,
