Screened Fill Sand?

Up to today, I only really considered soft sand or sharp sand but I've just had some 'fill sand' delivered to blind some crusher run.

I'm unfamiliar with it, so what else can it be used for?

It's not like grit sand but it's not like soft sand - more like somewhere in-between. I did read somewhere it might also be called 'cable sand' and might be considered a structural sand.

Could I use it to mix up concrete do you think?

It's just a low grade of building sand. It contains more clay. I suppose you could use it for general purpose concrete, but it would be better with sharp sand.
