What do these screws appear to be made from? Will they rust?

They are made of Zinc Yellow Passivated Finish.
Will they rust, if the coating is damaged yes, if not eventual they are bound to. How depends on conditions.

Thanks for the reply. I'm building a wooden planter which will be exposed to the elements. Do you reckon these screws would do?
