Screw ?

I'd float and set any walls with doors in them unless you wanna remove the linings. my personal preference is to batten and board, it gives room to hide pipes and cables but also lets the wall breathe behind, especially if it has a lime mortar bed.

render and set all the way, looks like lime on brick. you can use nhl 3.5 or 5 (hydraulic lime) too speed up the process but retain all the beneficial properties of a putty and sand wall.if it floods again the wall will stand it time and time again.

food for thought

Go for a proper job, float & set; it’s more expensive for sure but far better.

If your having any notifyable work done in the property that’s to be inspected, don’t let the BI catch you removing all the plaster from the external walls or you could get a rather nasty & expensive shock if he insists you upgrade the insulation to current standards; replacing more than 24% of a thermal element (in this case the plaster) brings current BR’s on thermal insulation into play. ;)
