screwfix bathroom suite (£165)

Hi

Just wondered if any of you guys have fitted one of the cheap bathroom suites from screwfix? this one is going for £185 but there taking £20 if you spend over £150.

we only have a shower at the moment and she who must be obeyed wants a bath lol, moneys not great at the moment so thought for that price this might be a good way of pleasing the wife

its a steel bath that comes with it , i take it that's why its so cheap????

Nope I have not fitted one

but most budget bathrooms suites are about that price now so dont suppose you are taking much of a punt on it

I've got that bath cluttering up the upstairs floor of my house along with some rads I'll never ever fit.

Anyhow the rest of the suite was just as good as the poor quality control gear you get from sheds.

You only problem is the hasstle factor if it has to go back, or else you'll have to accept any damage.

Shed stuff you are absolutely guaranteed handling damage, you can set your watch by it.

This is why we pay a bit more and get it from merchants who know how to handle it and take it back without looking at us like we're naughty boys.
