screwfix radiators

Yes, I bought 3 a few years ago, still look good, no problems. Similar to the STELRAD type with the nice grille and sides. If replacing old rads, be sure to also puchase a few TELECOPIC TAILS (UNION VALVE TAILS, SCREWFIX part 17552), as these are a BRILLIANT way of taking up the slight size differences when connecting up to the original valves. Just ensure you remove any enamel paint from the mating edges where the O-RINGS will sit, on the new rad, to avoid seepage (this will be the bottom holes where they put the little plastic hole filler plugs in transit) . Use the flat edge of a Stanley knife, or a sanding block to get flat. Cheers, TD.

thanks for that - its for a new system and as they dont have all the sized I require am using them in connection with some Stelrad rads so sounds like will be a good match. Was thinking of getting TRVs etc from there as well.
