scribing both ends of kitchen worktop

i want to fit a piece of kithen worktop that has a wall at either end that are out of square , any idea how i can scribe both ends so that it fits snugly against both walls, hope this makes sense.

You could always make-up a full-size template using hardboard and then mark off your worktop from that
 
as job an knock say
if its greater than 2.440 rip a sheet down to 609/608
scribe half to the back wall
rip the other bit in two scribe each half to the the ends making sure the front edge is exactly flush and level with double sided tape to hold the three bits in line and accurate
then transfer to the worktop underneath with a normal blade or on top with a down cut blade

decent straight edge,large square or do 3/4/5 method.
transfer measurements onto wortop and (recheck)then cut.
