Seal for concrete floor to stop dusting?

I had a new garage built around 5 years ago with the flooring being concrete.
I'm looking to seal it to stop the constant dusting as I'm going to be using a treadmill in there soon and am worried about potential dust pickup.
Can anybody recommend a product to successfully seal and stop the constant dusting?

How hard wearing is it? Will it take hot tyres from a car or be forever chipping and coming up?

Ideally I'd have asphalt down but there's a manhole cover and block paving externally that meets the current level of concrete to I wouldn't want to raise the level any.

Lol, stone cold at the minute but I'm just going off what a couple of people told me when I mentioned floor paint!

Floor paint is like a thick rubber not thin emulsion. It will do for garages with cars
