my worcester 924 rsv elec is becoming a pain the sealed vessel has started to leak what can i do anyone help

it leaks from the join in the middle not from any pipe fittings
Virtually certain system has been over-pressurised so that the seam joining the two halves of the vessel has been 'started'.
Replace it.
