are there any particular problems associated with changing a rad on a sealed system?

no bigger deal than a open vented system. is the rad like 4 like or does it involve altering pipework. There is a greater pressure in the system but once u let the pressure off its no different until u fill it up again.
like for like - just wondered if it was a prob with there being a greater pressure within the system
only if you forget to drain it first
