Sealing a toilet waste pipe through a wooden wall

We need to put a 110mm toilet waste through a 70mm solid wood wall.

Normally I think you'd concrete this in (?) but not an option here. Plus it needs to look tidy and allow a little bit of flex. Is there some sort of standard collar or something that can go around the pipe and cover the hole for drafts etc? No idea what to Google for.

And stuff the gap round the pipe with rockwool for real draughtproofing (use a screwdriver to prod it in if clearance is very limited)
