hiya,
Hope to be finally fitting my new bath tomorrow eve...was just looking over the fittings this eve to get my head around everything again(bought a suite ages back then started knocking living room and kitchen together so got sidetracked :-) )
Anyway...the bath trap has a big seal which mates with the underside of the bath and the metal receiver for the bung doesnt appear to have a seal wher it meets the bath.
The diameter of the seal under the bath is quite large so i guess if water were to go under the metal bung receiver it would not get past the lower seal...am i correct in this assumption??...or do u guys normally put a bit of bathroom sealant under these?
Cheers,
Marty.

Thanks Seco..advice appreciated...i have some clear stuff so will use that.
Thanks,
Marty.
