H i guys, I am repainting my walls.

I had new pvc double glazing windows installed about 5 years ago. The installers used some flexible sealant to fill the gaps / cracks between the pvc frame and plasterboard walls.

Well now that that these seals have cracked or shrank away, please can I have an idea which filler that I would need to by to redo the work before painting …. I am assuming that I would need a flexible sealant ?

Would I also need to cut back into plasterboard ?

Thanks

I use Decorators Caulk for that sort of repair job. can be smoothed off using a damp sponge or cloth.

You may need a box of cartridges if all the window frames are as bad as that !

a few reviews note that emulsion paint cracking is not uncommon.
