Sealing Felt Tiles

I have a sloped porch with felt tiles. They are watertight but show signs of wear. A roofer advised they don't need replaced right now.
Is there a sealer/paint I can use on them to freshen them up and provide some extra protection?

Just put a fibreglass roof on.
You can buy a kit and do yourself or get a firm in

The top, the hip, and looks like part of the eaves have past life end. They want replacing not refreshing.
