Seatbelts - not returning

I have a Kia Sorrento 2003 with 70,000 miles on it. Some of the seat belts are failing to fully retract on the inertia reel. When i pull the belt out fully, the first part retracts but the stops.

Does the reel need tightning up (if poss)

or

The belt need cleaning (how do i do that)

Any help?

I think your best bet is replacement, either new or from a breakers yard.

I agree with Jonnyfishing,there is no adjustments to be made on any seatbelt I have ever been aquainted with.Either get good breakers ones or preferably new.You want to rely on the belts to possibly save you and your family from harm.Check handbook or with dealer before doing anything,in case there are ballistic (exploding) tensioners fitted.
