We're looking at instalilng a high flow combi instead of an unvented cylinder (mainly to reduce installation costs). The installation will be in the garage, and it will be about 10m (pipe length) from the bathroom.

Is it possible to install a secondary water circulator loop with a combi? If so, how would this work?

cheers

One of the other guys more experienced in fitting high flows may be able to advise better, but I believe that you cannot have a loop with a high flow.. One possible solution to your issue may be to run individual taps in 10mm pipe off a manifold this ensures minimum water wastage and minimum time till you get hot water, though baths and the like would need 15mm pipe

don't know any standard combi that will allow this. You could do it on the Glowworm Ultrapower SXI, basically this boiler has an unvented cylinder built in with a standard water set, so you can plumb it the same as an unvented. I think these units are the dogs do das, personally. You get immersion backup and reheat time better than any unvented. Bit of a beast mind you, but worth consideration.
