Sectional garages

I'm going to be moving the next door neighbours concrete sectional garage over to my garden, but I'm not quite sure if I should use some kind of sealant in between the joins when I put it back together again?

Should I also use sealant on the floor before the section is placed in position to create a watertight/airtight join? What sealant should I use?

Are they a precast slabs nuts/bolts type, if so, see your old post here!
