I'm planning to install uPVC French doors on a utility room where I'll keep my dogs. Similar size/shape to this:

I'd like to make the doors as secure as possible, but not sure how to achieve that.

I think the locks are upgradable, but is there anything I can do about the glass? I can't find any manufacturers who use laminated glass. Are there other options for securing them?

Also happy to see more secure alternatives to uPVC French doors. The space to fill is approx 7x7ft.

You can get composite French doors too.
Search for SBD or Document Q compliant doors. Both should come with laminated glass, Dog bolts and upgraded locks.
