Securing to tarmac

i am about to be building tree seats (seats around trees) for kids at my local school. Problem is, that the floor is at about 20deg from flat, and i want to make them secure. Should i leave them free and get the angles right for the feet, or should i 'bolt' the feet to the tarmac with? expansion fittings?.. or should i cut a hole in the tarmac and put a post in?

You can't bolt anything to tarmac. Well you can, but it wont hold.

If you want to bolt anything down, you will have to form a concrete pad in the ground, and either set the bolt in this (best), or drill and plug it after
