Hi,
Need your suggestion for installation of security light.

I had purchased a elro - c980 security light with PIR sensor and CCTV. All seems to work fine except the fact that cctv is pointing horizontally and hence I do get pictures of neighbour wall instead of my house door.

It seems I need to point CCTV (and whole light) downwards at 45 degree angle so that i get required view.

I am looking for any way to get lights installed at 45 degree....have been googling for some steel brackets which can be used for this but without any luck...

Any ideas,,,pointers...

A 45deg wood block, perhaps a short bit of arris rail screwed to the wall might do.

You could try using something like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/High-Qual...n_TV_Wall_Mounts_Brackets&hash=item2a31f49c17

You could use it on its side to give you more tilt. It will probably rust if you put it outdoors so it might be worth spraying it with some Hammerite once it's in position. There are probably cheaper options somewhere or you could knock something up from a couple of U brackets and some plate.

Or this:

I guess you didn't read the bit in the installation note that encourages you to check the picture before uou mount it!!
