Seems expensive?

Just got a quote from a local builder to rebuild part of a wall (6 courses) and gatepillars, taking down a section of wall and rebuildng it and fitting a couple of concrete gate posts and rehanging the gates.

Was quoted 1,900 for this, does that seem a fair estimate for the work?

Height and length of wall or approx number of bricks? Is builder supplying all materials?
