Hi guys,
Was out at a Baxi 105 e last night where the owner was complaining that she was only getting luke warm HW. I cleaned everything down, cleaned out the gas valve and re set the pressures. Checked the flow in HW taps with flow cup and they were okay.
Only way i could get the HW up to proper temp was by reducing the HW flow through the boiler.
So in my infinite wisdom im thinking dirty plate heat exchanger.
If i inject the system with Sentinel Boiler cleaner will this actually solve the problem or does the system need a power flush??
Cheers
