Sentinel x100 Quick Test Kit

Hello,

DIY noob here, im going to buy a Sentinel x100 Quick test kit this weekend to test the level of x100 in my CH system. It says i need to use system water. Does the water have to come from bleeding one of the radiators or can i just take a sample from the tank in the loft? Im assuming it shouldn't matter where it comes from but i thought i had better check!

the tank in the loft is more likely to be diluted, since any fresh water to top it up enters here.
