Separating egg yolk/white

Without clicking the link, is this the Chinese girl using a plastic bottle to seperate the yolk?

If not....is it a Chinese girl using a plastic bottle for anythign else

no, it is a Chinese girl, but she actually manages to pick up the yolk with a pair of tweezers... amazing

Lot of faffing around finding a bottle, cleaning it etc...

I just crack the egg, leaving the yolk in the shell then pass the yolk from one half shell to the other twice (over a bowl). This leaves the white in the bowl and the yolk in the shell.

I just boil them and eat them both together.
